  • “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Digital Product Delivery

Since our Goods are digital assets, no physical items will be shipped to You. Upon successful payment, You will receive an email containing a link to download Your digital files, or You will be able to download them directly from Your account on our Website.

Your Order Cancellation Rights You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the digital files have not been downloaded or accessed.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation for an un-downloaded Order, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Conditions for Refunds

  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same digital file more than once.

  • Non-Delivery/Non-Download: You have not downloaded or accessed the digital files within 30 days of the purchase date.

The following scenarios are not eligible for a refund:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the Goods.

  • You purchased the Goods by mistake but have already downloaded them.

  • You do not have the correct software or technical knowledge to use the digital files.
